Leon Steyn is a Professional Coach and Leader Development Specialist who helps professionals and managers make better decisions, deal with uncertainty and understand organizational systemics. Before starting his freelancing career, Leon spent 17 years with a listed company; six of these years he worked as Group Human Resources Director, and the other seven years as a Learning and Development executive. After a successful career helping people develop, deal with uncertainty and adapt to change, Leon now teaches business English, coaches people and writes about leadership, ethics and judgement. Together with his wife, Cori, Leon enjoys long forest walks, reading, watching movies and feeding wild birds. He also enjoys travelling to South Africa, land of his birth, to visit his two daughters, Debbie and Charné.
