Leen Lambrechts-Nöel, MCC, is an early pioneer in the field of professional coaching and the coaching leadership style. Since 1991, she has specialized in the topics of coaching, coaching and leadership, coaching culture, self-development, self-direction, and organizational development. She has a postgraduate diploma in organizational supervision from the Hult Ashridge Center for Executive Coaching. Her last big professional ambition is to add value through reflective supervision for coaches. She has served as a co-leader of the ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice.
