Leen Lambrechts-Nöel, MCC, is a pioneer in professional coaching and coaching leadership. Since 1991, she has led multiple organizations in ICF-accredited coach training. A trailblazer in Belgium, Leen helped establish ICF-aligned coaching within organizations, supported by her book I Want a Coach. She holds a postgraduate diploma in organizational supervision from the Hult Ashridge Centre for Executive Coaching and brings decades of international experience to her work. Leen is committed to advancing the profession through reflective practice and supervision. She served as co-leader of the ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice, where she championed global dialogue on the value of reflective supervision. Leen’s work empowers coaches to expand their impact with greater presence, ethical clarity, and systemic awareness. Today, she focuses on creating lasting value through mentor coaching, supervision, and deep developmental work with clients.
