Ksenia is a business and executive coach, leadership consultant with background in corporate performance and leadership development. Her goal is to help individuals, teams, and organizations thrive by enabling them to develop their own unique strengths and talents. Ksenia has been an active member of the ICF since 2016, actively volunteering in Chapter activities, and serving on the ICF Russia Chapter Board from 2017 to 2019.
