Kristin Kelly

Kristin Kelly has served the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2007 in numerous capacities, including marketing, membership, and leadership development. She now leads as director of ethics, compliance and culture, serving as liaison to ICF’s Independent Review Board, Ethics Advocacy Team, and Code Review Team. She also oversees brand compliance and supports ethics, policy, trademark and compliance initiatives across the ICF ecosystem.

Kristin is passionate about fostering a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and innovation. She brings extensive experience managing global committees and task forces, using emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to navigate complex challenges while promoting a culture of accountability and trust.

In addition to her longstanding commitment to cultivating engagement among ICF staff, she leads initiatives such as ICF’s New Employee Onboarding Program, Coffee Chats, and Lunch & Learn sessions. Kristin works to enhance ICF’s organizational culture through thoughtful policy development and by establishing shared values.
