Katerina Kanelidou, MCC, is the director of Six Steps Ahead, a co-founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance and of CoachActivism, and an ICA faculty member. Based in Greece, she works with leaders and their teams from around the world supporting them to create healthy, high-value workplaces and positive sustainable change. Her coaching style is holistic, integrating her multifaceted background.
Katerina contributed to the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, has served as co-leader of the ICF Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice, and frequently presents on coaching and leadership topics at international conferences.
She is a graduate of the University of Athens, the University of Barcelona, and the International Coach Academy, and holds a master’s degree in dramatherapy.
