Jo Birch

Jo Birch is an EMCC Master Practitioner and the current EMCC Global Supervision Award holder. For more than a decade, Jo has trained coaches worldwide to become coaching supervisors and has played an influential role in shaping how supervision supports the coaching profession. With a background in psychotherapy, she integrates diverse psychological perspectives into her work and brings a reflective, grounded approach to developing supervisors. Jo is widely known as the editor and co-author of Coaching Supervision Groups and Coaching Supervision in the EMCC Mastery Series, contributing significantly to the field’s evolving standards and practices.
