Jeremy is a certified executive coach, leadership consultant, and TEDx speaker. Over the past 8 years, he has worked with organizations to help leaders improve DEIB efforts, navigate the complexities of change, manage conflict effectively, and build their awareness of self and others. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as a frontline leader in the retail community bank leading multiple branches. Jeremy has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
