Jen Lewi, ACC, MBA, CAE, is the founder of Design Your Next Step, an executive coaching and career strategy firm that helps senior professionals uncover their values to design fulfilling careers. She was a vice president of the School Nutrition Association, overseeing marketing, membership, and career and professional development. Her career began in advertising and marketing, building global brands for Procter & Gamble, LVHM, BBC America, and General Mills.
