Jenna Filipkowski, ACC

Jenna Filipkowski, ACC, PhD, is the head of research at the Human Capital Institute (HCI). She has authored over 45 papers on topics such as coaching, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Because of her passion for improving people’s experience in the workplace and helping leaders find alignment among work, values, and talent, Jenna achieved her ICF credential and operates Movement Leadership Coaching LLC.  Jenna lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, son, and two dogs.
