Jas Sidhu is the associate vice president for enterprise learning strategy and enterprise facilitation for TD. She is accountable for creating and executing on multi-year learning strategies that drive the organization’s people priorities. She has implemented several award-winning programs that strengthened TD’s coaching culture; advanced colleagues in digital literacy, data, and analytics; and up-skilled and re-skilled colleagues leading transformational change.
 
Jas has held many progressive roles in her long career of over 34 years, all with a distinct passion for supporting colleagues in their development. She is very excited by how technology transforms the employee and client experience with a focus on the future of work. She takes pride in building high-performing teams, mentoring others to succeed, and being results-focused.
