Heather McBride Leef, ACC, is the managing director leading Deloitte’s DEI Institute. Heather has a long-standing passion for equity and belonging; she is committed to the collaboration and collective actions necessary to advance successful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in the workforce, marketplace, and society. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from Bucknell University and her executive coaching certification from Columbia University. She is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
