Eva Hirsch Pontes is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) holder, as well as an EMCC-accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and Senior Practitioner (EIA). She works globally as an executive and team coach, supervisor, trainer, facilitator, and conflict mediator. Eva also serves as invited faculty at leading business schools in Brazil and contributes as faculty, supervisor, and mentor in international coaching supervision and team coaching programs.
She is co-editor, alongside Wendy-Ann Smith, Dumisani Magadlela, and Prof. David Clutterbuck, of Ethical Case Studies for Coach Development and Practice: A Coach’s Companion (Routledge, 2024).
In 2025, Eva co-edited SuperVisão de Coaching: Relatos de Casos Reais with Roberto Hirsch—the first Brazilian publication fully dedicated to coaching supervision—featuring 32 first-person narratives that illuminate the lived experience of supervision.
Since 2013, Eva has provided individual and group coaching supervision, supporting reflective, collaborative, and transformational learning. She is recognized as a pioneer in advancing coaching supervision across Latin America and is passionate about creating psychologically safe spaces where coaches can expand their “SuperVision”—exploring diverse perspectives, examining challenges, and learning from their practice.
