Ellen Zimmerman, PCC, ACTC, PhD, SPHR, is an executive and leadership coach working with individuals and teams through her consulting business, Ellen Zimmerman Consulting, LLC. She is the 2025-2026 President of the Texas Coaches Coalition and teaches human resources and leadership courses at Lamar University. She has also been selected as a member of the ICF Coaching Body of Knowledge and the ICF Exam and Schemes Committee. Her specialization is leadership and authentic communication, particularly in navigating challenging conversations that are essential to organizations’ success.
