Elena Espinal, MCC, PhD, has 31 years of experience in leadership development, training, coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, and team building. She founded and manages a mastery in organizational human development with coaching training at the University of London (Mexico).
Elena is committed to diversity and inclusion in companies and governments. She formed the first group of 14 blind coaches and created an organization to generate work for them, Coaching con Visión (Coaching with Vision).
Elena has presented her work on almost every continent and has spoken at several ICF conferences and events. She is also the author of Crafting the Future.
Elena is bilingual (English and Spanish) and speaks and understands French, Italian, and Portuguese.

En esta sesión, distinguiremos diferentes faltas a la ética y los relacionaremos con el Código de Ética, así como también identificaremos la aplicación del Código de Ética.
