Dez Stephens, MCC, is an executive coach, educator, and social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing the global coaching profession. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she has coached and trained more than 1,300 individuals worldwide since 2012.
Dez is the founder and former CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy, an international coach training school that certified holistic coaches in more than 25 countries. She is also a co-founder of Amarya, a global learning community offering coaching education, transformational programs, and professional development for coaches worldwide.
Dez is the author of The Qualitarian and has contributed to humanitarian initiatives, including co-founding a nonprofit that provides grief-recovery coaching in Central America. This work received the ICF PRISM Award for community impact. Through her work, she continues to advocate for ethical leadership, human development, and greater access to professional coaching worldwide.
