Dez Stephens, MCC

Dez Stephens, MCC, is a coach educator, mentor coach, documentary film producer, and leadership practitioner who has trained more than 1,300 coaches across more than 25 countries since 2012. She specializes in coaching presence, reflective practice, mentor coaching, and transformational learning. Dez serves as Dean of TimeCoach Academy and has developed experiential approaches integrating Enneagram-informed reflection, embodiment, and coaching self-awareness.
