Dez Stephens, MCC

Dez Stephens, MCC, is the founder of Radiant Coaches Academy, an international coach training school certifying holistic coaches in more than 25 countries. A Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Dez is also a published author, trainer, and humanitarian. Since 2005, she has coached and trained more than 1,100 students worldwide. Dez is a social entrepreneur, people’s advocate, and planetary activist committed to advancing the coaching profession. She co-founded a nonprofit that offers grief-recovery coaching in Central America and was honored with ICF’s PRISM Award for this work. As the author of The Qualitarian, she champions holistic well-being and ethical leadership. Dez serves as a Global Ambassador for ICF, helping to expand access to professional coaching and leading Indigenous-led retreats with shamanic elders. Known for her visionary insight and heart-centered leadership, Dez brings a grounded, inclusive approach to personal and professional growth.
