She has more than 20 years of board leadership experience grounded in strategic thinking, governance, ethics, and community-building. Dawna has organized numerous charitable and sporting events. As chair of the ICF Credentials and Standards Board, she helped align credentialing practices and co-led global conversations on mentorship, evaluation, and future readiness.
She holds a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Royal Roads University, with a focus on ambiguity. Dawna is also a proud mother, loyal friend, and community advocate who believes coaching truly changes lives.
