Over time, this led to a deliberate decision to step away from a conventional business path and pursue focused learning that redefined professional purpose and direction.
Today, Dawna blends business expertise with workplace learning and organizational development. Dawna has served for four years on the ICF Credentials and Standards Global Board of Directors, contributing to the advancement of coaching excellence. Credentials include an executive leadership coaching certification and a Master of Arts in interdisciplinary studies from Royal Roads University, with a specialization in ambiguity.
