David Thuku, PCC, PhD, is an executive coach and team coaching practitioner, leadership effectiveness facilitator, and champion for Africa Positivity. David has focused his coaching practice over the last 12 years within the African continent, a market characterized by linguistic and cultural diversity. He runs a boutique coaching consultancy, Leadership Presence Ltd; is a cohort facilitator and executive coach with BCA Leadership Ltd; and is an associate coach with several coaching entities across Africa. He is a past president of and board advisor for ICF Kenya Charter Chapter. David is the author of Just Being, which captures his reflections on life, coaching, and the evolving story of the future Africa. He is also a contributing author to Voices for Leadership.
