Damian Goldvarg, ACTC, MCC, ESIA, PhD, has 30 years of experience in leadership development, working with individuals and organizations in more than 60 countries. He earned a PhD in organizational psychology from Alliant University and is the author or co-author of 11 books. He also holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation.
Damian facilitates global virtual certifications in professional coaching, mentor coaching, team coaching, and coaching supervision (ESQA). He served as International Coaching Federation Global President in 2013-2014 and received the the ICF Circle of Distinction Award in 2018, the EMCC Supervision Award in 2019, and the GCA T. Leonard Humanitarian Award in 2023. He has worked as a consultant with U.N. agencies for 20 years and with UNICEF since 2022.
