Damian Goldvarg, ACTC, MCC, PhD, has 30 years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, and team coaching services. Originally from Argentina, he has worked with individuals and organizations in over 60 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.  He facilitates certifications in professional coaching, mentor coaching, team coaching, and coaching supervision. He was president of the 2013-2014 ICF Global Board of Directors, and he received the 2018 ICF Circle of Distinction Award for his contribution to professional coaching worldwide. He is the author and co-author of eight coaching books and the co-leader of the Americas and Asian Coaching Supervisors Networks and Red de MCCs de Latin America. 

 

Lily Seto, PCC, MA, is a global coach, certified mentor coach, and coaching supervisor. She has a diploma in coaching supervision, and she has been facilitating individual and coaching supervision groups for over 10 years, both internally and externally. About 25% of her clients are individual and group supervision clients. She facilitates specialty coaching supervision groups, including for team coaches, for people of color, and for “Supervision of Supervision.” She has a Level 1 ICF accredited coaching education program and is about to launch a mentor coach training program. She co-facilitates a group supervision program, and she is a co-lead of the Americas Coaching Supervision Network. She co-edited the latest coaching supervision book, Coaching Supervision: Voices from the Americas.
