Damian Goldvarg, ACTC, MCC

Damian Goldvarg, ACTC, MCC, PhD, has 30 years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, and team coaching services. Originally from Argentina, he has worked with individuals and organizations in over 60 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.  He facilitates certifications in professional coaching, mentor coaching, team coaching, and coaching supervision. He was president of the 2013-2014 ICF Global Board of Directors, and he received the 2018 ICF Circle of Distinction Award for his contribution to professional coaching worldwide. He is the author and co-author of eight coaching books and the co-leader of the Americas and Asian Coaching Supervisors Networks and Red de MCCs de Latin America. With foresight expertise from the Institute for Future Studies, he has served fourteen years as an ICF Assessor and was the 2013-2014 ICF Global President.
