Course Details:
In this on-demand session, we will explore the seven-eyed model developed by Peter Hawkins, PhD, which looks at coaching (and other situations) from seven angles. You will have an opportunity to reflect on a client by applying several “eyes” of the model.
At the conclusion of this session, you will understand and be able to apply a framework for self-reflection on client work, experience the seven-eyed model by participating in an exercise and sharing feedback and learning, and develop awareness and understanding of systemic thinking.
