Charles Furman, MS, PCC, is an ICF-Credentialed Executive Coach who serves as the president and co-founder of the San Diego Leadership Institute, a Vistage Chair, and the founding president of the ICF San Diego Charter Chapter.
Charles has over 25 years of hands-on corporate experience, including CEO and C-Suite roles, spanning both the private and public sectors across in a wide variety of industries. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco, as well as a graduate degree in Banking/Finance from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Charles received his Professional Coach Certification training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
