Cecilia Engquist, PCC

Cecilia Engquist, PCC, MSc, is a certified leadership and executive coach, coaching instructor, and coach mentor. She has a keen interest in developing the coaching profession and has served in numerous volunteer capacities for ICF, both locally and internationally. As a coach, she thrives when partnering with leaders to expand their enterprise thinking, executive presence, and emotional intelligence and to develop strategies for increasing organizational influence and impact. Her true expertise lies in her understanding of the significance of engaging in a holistic body-mind approach and in how she collaborates with clients to help them access their full wisdom and creativity, which she refers to as “the clarity bubble.” She was born in Sweden and has lived, worked, and studied in Europe, Australia, and the United States, experiences that have contributed to the development of a global mindset. She has a special interest in the growing impact and influence that AI is having on the coaching profession.
