Annette Blum Pearson, ACC, brings two decades of corporate product management and marketing experience to her work as a certified executive leadership coach. She has run her own practice serving individuals and teams since 2021 and, in 2024, co-founded Light Her Way, a leadership development community for ambitious women.
Recognized as a community builder and advocate, Annette serves as a trustee on the ICF Foundation Board, the UCLA Anderson School of Business Alumni Board of Directors, and the Anderson Women’s Alumni Board. She is proud to work alongside impactful leaders to empower people to thrive locally and around the globe.
Annette lives in San Francisco with her family and enjoys long walks (she has made it to Everest Base Camp and summited Kilimanjaro), discovering new things, and connecting with others through food, deep conversation, and humor.
