Ann Betz, PCC

Ann Betz, PCC, CPCC, MNTC, is the co-founder of BEabove Leadership and an international speaker and trainer on the intersection of neuroscience, coaching, and human transformation.  She co-developed (and is senior leader for) BEabove’s acclaimed training program for advanced coaches, Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, offered globally in both in-person and virtual formats.

Ann has served as a neuroscience consultant for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she regularly contributes to leading coaching publications. Ann was a faculty member and served as the neuroscience consultant to CTI for many years. 

Ann is the author of a groundbreaking white paper on brain research and coaching and has contributed to several coaching and HR publications. She is the lead author of Integration: The Power of Being Co-Active in Work and Life, an exploration of consciousness and the future. She is also a published poet.
