Akihiko Morita, PCC,  is an ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) and thought leader with more than 20 years of study and practice across Eastern and Western philosophies. He has delivered more than 3,000 coaching sessions in Japanese and English, supporting leaders and changemakers in global organizations navigating complexity, transformation, and uncertainty. Akihiko holds a PhD in social thought and brings a global, interdisciplinary perspective shaped by his experience as a diplomat, UN official, and NGO director. His work integrates reflective inquiry with real-world leadership and coaching practice, with a focus on human development, ethics, and systemic change. His current research explores how wisdom traditions and emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, can expand human potential and inform the future of coaching. In 2025, he spoke at ICF Converge in San Diego.
