Dedicated volunteers lead the ICF Communities of Practice (CPs), collaborating with subject matter experts and other professionals. Two volunteer co-leaders and one or two volunteer ambassadors support each CP. These teams work closely with ICF staff, including the content coordinator and the learning engagement director, to organize and moderate virtual communities for ICF members. Volunteers work with a specific Community of Practice where they assist in its management and development.
