2021 GLOBAL LEADERS FORUM LIVE SESSIONS

To enhance learning and networking, we will offer several live sessions as part of GLF 2021.

The following sessions will be part of the live programming that will take place March 23-25 and March 30 – April 1, 2021. All sessions will be offered in two time zone options as indicated.

    After watching the OnDemand Ethics Presentation, you will have time to discuss the OnDemand presentation in small breakouts. We will then regroup to report out and highlight some of the key learnings from the presentation and discussions.

    After watching the OnDemand Strategic Planning Presentation, we will come together to review and discuss how the ICF Professional Coaches Strategic Plan can be utilized to help chapters develop their local strategic plans. You will hear from other ICF Chapters about what they have created and spend time in breakouts workshopping options for your chapter.

    We will end the first two days with the opportunity for you to connect with your peers. In this casual session, you will be randomly paired with another attendee and sent into a breakout room. You will have 5 minutes to get acquainted and possibly set some time to connect in the future. How many ICF connections will you make from around the world?!

    After listening to the OnDemand presentations from the individual family organizations and your ICF Professional Coaches team members, come prepared to discuss with your peers how the ICF Ecosystem can be leveraged at the chapter level. We will spend time in smaller breakouts discussing ideas and resources for the chapters.

    After listening to the OnDemand presentations on social media, membership engagement, and chapter leader mentorship, come prepared to discuss with your peer’s ideas on actions that can be taken back to the chapter for implementation and how existing ICF resources can be utilized.

    These interactive sessions integrate VIA character strength development with some interculturally-friendly ways of being together. You will walk away with an embodied experience of certain character strengths and tools for coaching and leading more inclusively and with cultural humility.

    Several weeks following the live sessions, we will hold live regional discussions to discuss the work that came out of the strategic planning sessions and answer any additional questions you may have about leveraging the ICF ecosystem.
