If the Chapter I affiliate with does NOT collect separate dues, how do I change my chapter affiliation in my profile on the ICF website?
Once you are signed into the website, navigate to your Member Profile and click ‘Edit Profile’. On this page you will see ‘My Account Links’ on the right-hand side. From here, select ‘Membership Info’. On this page you will see all your ICF Membership details, including a blue button to change or join a chapter.*Please be aware there are a handful of international chapters that ICF collects additional dues for. If you select one of these, you will be prompted to contact ICF Support in order to pay these additional fees.
Can I join / affiliate with more than one ICF Chapter?
When you join ICF or renew your ICF Membership, you can only select one ICF Chapter to affiliate with. If you wish to join or affiliate with additional ICF Chapters, please contact them directly.
Do I have to join / affiliate with an ICF Chapter?
No, you are not required to join or affiliate with an ICF Chapter. But we strongly encourage all ICF Members to find ways to engage and grow their coaching community locally, and ICF Chapters provide a great way to do that. We encourage all ICF Members to earn anICF Credential. However, membership and credentialing are independent of each other. How do I access webinars and recordings?
The majority of webinars and recordings are available on the ICF Learning Portal.Recordings are typically available on the session’s learning page within 48 hours of the live session. To access the session recording checkpoint, and to claim educational credit:
Log into the ICF Learning Portal using your ICF login information (it is the same login information you use for coachingfederation.org).
Click “My Learning Activities” and find the specific session you are searching for.
Click “Launch” on the first blue box.
Can I provide a direct link to my Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF) profile listing?
A direct link to an individual CCF listing can be accessed by searching for the coach in CCF and viewing their profile. The URL in your web browser at this point will include that coach’s unique link in the CCF.
What if my coaching specialty is not listed as an option in the Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF)?
The Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF) offers a number of the most popular coaching specialties to choose from. If you do not see your specific specialty listed, choose whatever seems to best represent your services. You can always state your coaching specialty within the text section of your listing.
My enhanced listing in the Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF) expired. What should I do?
Your enhanced listing in the Credentialed Coach Finder (CCF) expires on an annual basis.You can renew this enhanced listing annually upon expiration. When it’s time to renew your Enhanced Profile Listing you will see the expiration date. The best way to gauge when renewal is needed is to check your invoices for the purchase and the expiration date will be one year from the purchase date.

How will Credentialed Members I know when they have been sent an RFP?
When a request for proposal (RFP) is submitted to you through the CCF, you will receive an automatic email from ICF letting you know that a prospective client has found you in the CCF and would like to learn more about your services. This email will include the ID number, date and expiration date of the RFP. To view your RFPs and respond:
Log in to the ICF website and click your name in the upper right-hand corner
Under your photo, click “Edit Profile”
On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a list of “My Account Links”
On this page, you will see a link that says “Requests for Proposal”
RFPs will remain active until 11:59 p.m. ET (New York) on the expiration date, which is approximately 6 weeks from the submission date. We highly recommend that you respond to any RFPs within the first 5-7 days of receipt to take advantage of the potential opportunity to gain a new client. You will not be able to respond to an RFP once it has expired.

What is the New Member Onboarding Call / Meeting?
The New Member Onboarding Meeting serves as your informal welcome to ICF. In this meeting, we will explain member benefits, credentialing program, and resources available to you, as well asprovide a virtual tour of ICF’s website. If you are unable to attend the first available New Member Onboarding Meeting after you join ICF, don’t worry – these meetings occur monthly, and we’d love to have you join us at a future session. What happens after I become an ICF Member?
Once you have completed the ICF Membership application, you will receive an email from ICF confirming your membership payment and detailing the next steps to get started with your membershipjourney. You will also receive periodicemails with tips on how to get involved with a community and highlight all the additionalbenefits you can access with your new membership.
Does ICF offer installment payments for new or renewing membership dues?
ICF does not offer installment payments for new or renewing membership dues.
I’m having issues paying for ICF Membership dues on the ICF website. Who do I contact?
Issues often occur when the bank or credit card issuer has restrictions on where/how a credit card can be used. Please reach out to your bank to confirm that there are no such restrictions then reattempt payment. If you continue to experience issues, please contact ICF Support.
I already have an account / profile on the ICF website but am not yet an ICF Member. How do I go about completing my application for membership?
If you have previously created a profile on the ICF website (coachingfederation.org.) but have not yet joined ICF, log in to the website using the same email address you previously used to create your account. Click “Continue” to complete your ICF Membership application.
Does ICF offer a student membership?
No. ICF does not offer a student membership.
My training / education program is not listed in the ICF Membership application. What do I do?
If you hold a current ICF credential or have already completed 60 hours of coach training and your coach training / coaching education program is not listed, click “Add my organization” and enter the name of the organization you attended.
How do I find education opportunities that I can use toward my ICF Membership application?
To find ICF-accredited coaching education providers, we suggest using the Education Search Service (ESS), which is designed to give you basic information on all ICF-accredited coaching education providers. The search for a coaching education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. As the accrediting body, ICF cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations at which to pursue your learning opportunities.

How do I access my invoices and transaction history with ICF?
Log in to the ICF website (coachingfederation.org). If you are already logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
Click on "Edit My Profile" below your photo and your details.
On the right side of the member profile, there is a list of links – select “Billing & Receipts” to see your transaction history with ICF.
