He dedicated most of his professional career to the State of Rhode Island, including eight years as a clinical training specialist for the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families. In this role, he created and implemented trainings in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

    In 2020, André founded Racial Just Us, a division of his Jump Street Coaching agency, to promote actionable and meaningful racial change. Additionally, André developed the Coaching For Community Anti-Racism Series, a coaching and education program tailored to Black allies seeking to develop a personalized and meaningful approach to anti-racism. The program has become an innovative and impactful means for participants to accept and value the diverse range of differences among people.

    André’s passion lies in effecting systematic change in the DEIB space. He currently serves as the Vice President of DEIB for the South Florida ICF Chapter.     Stephanie is also a LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) facilitator and contributing editor to the LSP Magazine. She has written and co-authored peer reviewed research articles relating to playfulness in coaching for such publications as the International Coaching Psychology Review and the Journal of Work-Applied Management. Stephanie is a former lawyer who specialized in international commercial dispute resolution.
