Details

In this Voices of Belonging roundtable, ICF Vice Presidents Coura Badiane and Aikyna Finch explore the powerful connection between coaching, service, and social impact. Through the work of the ICF Foundation, including Project Ignite and pro bono partnerships, participants will discover how professional coaching is reaching mission-driven organizations and communities that may not otherwise have access to its benefits.

The conversation will examine how coaches can use their skills to support leadership development, expand access, strengthen connection, and contribute to meaningful change beyond traditional coaching engagements. Participants will also consider the reciprocal value of service and how giving back can deepen professional purpose, broaden perspective, and reinforce a sense of belonging within the global coaching community.

Whether you are an experienced coach, a newer coach, a coach educator, an organizational leader, or someone interested in the broader impact of coaching, this session offers an opportunity to think differently about what it means to serve through coaching and the role each of us can play in creating a more connected and compassionate world.
