Course Details
What if the true impact of coaching is not what is said in the moment, but what stays with someone long after the conversation ends?
In this engaging and thought-provoking session, Lyssa deHart invites us to rethink how we create meaningful, lasting impact through coaching. Inspired by Sticky Outcomes and grounded in neuroscience, this webinar explores why some coaching insights lead to transformation, while others quickly fade. Aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, the session offers a clear, practical approach to creating outcomes that truly stick.
At the center of this experience is a powerful idea: mastery begins—and continues—with a beginner’s mind. Participants are encouraged to move beyond the instinct to fix and instead adopt a more effective stance rooted in presence, curiosity, and authentic partnership. This shift allows the thinker to explore challenges more deeply and generate their own meaningful insights.
Throughout the session, participants will learn how psychological safety, deep listening, and self-regulation create the conditions for lasting change. The focus is on simplifying the coaching approach—doing less, so the thinker can do more—while strengthening the coach’s impact through awareness and intentional presence.
The session also includes a live 20–30 minute coaching demonstration, offering a valuable opportunity to observe these principles in action. Participants will actively reflect on what they notice and engage in a debrief with Lyssa deHart, examining key decision points and connecting them directly to the ICF Core Competencies and their own coaching practice.
This webinar is designed for coaches, leaders, and professionals who want to elevate the quality and impact of their conversations. Whether you are developing your coaching skills or refining your approach, you will leave with practical strategies and a clearer, more effective framework for supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
