Join the Coaching Supervision Community of Practice for an interactive session, “Elevating Coaching Supervision Standards,” with Carrie Abner and Rockelle Ward, exploring ICF’s new Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS), Advanced Accreditation in Coaching Supervision education, and upcoming requirement changes that will shape the future of coaching supervision.

Grounded in global research and the ICF Coaching Supervision Competencies, these new offerings reflect a commitment to strengthening quality, consistency, and trust in coaching supervision practice. Participants will explore the evolving role of supervision in supporting reflective, ethical, and development-focused coaching and gain insight into how and why these changes were developed.

The session will provide a clear overview of the CSS, including its purpose and key requirements, as well as the Advanced Accreditation in Coaching Supervision that supports education aligned with this emerging discipline.
