The coaching profession is constantly evolving.

More Than Professional Development

More than a series of learning sessions, CPs bring coaches together to explore ideas, share expertise, and deepen their knowledge in areas that matter most to their work. 

As an ICF member, you can access all Communities of Practice at no additional cost. Each community offers opportunities to learn from experts, engage with peers around the world, and continue conversations through member-exclusive discussion spaces on ICF Engage.

Every coach has areas they want to explore more deeply. Communities of Practice allow you to focus your learning in specific coaching disciplines and areas of interest, helping you stay current with emerging trends, research, and best practices. 

Earn Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Credits 

Professional development and credential renewal can go hand in hand. Many CP sessions offer Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, allowing you to expand your knowledge while supporting your credential journey. 

Build a Global Network 

Some of the most valuable learning happens when perspectives intersect. 

Within each CP, coaches from different countries, industries, backgrounds, and specialties contribute their experiences and insights. The result is a richer understanding of the profession and greater exposure to ideas that might otherwise remain outside our individual networks.  

In addition to live sessions, ICF members have exclusive access to dedicated discussion spaces through ICF Engage, where conversations continue between events and relationships continue to grow.
