International Coaching Week 2026: Conversations, Connection, Impact

Every conversation starts somewhere.

That’s the power of coaching. And during International Coaching Week (ICW) 2026, that power was experienced around the world. Coaches, organizations, and communities turned one week into a global celebration of learning, connection, and possibility.

A Week of Inspiring Impact

Across industries, cultures, languages, and time zones, this year’s events created meaningful experiences bridging diverse perspectives.

Thanks to members like you:

• 1,423 events took place in 30 languages.
• 7,713 unique participants from 74 countries and territories joined ICW 26.
• Participants attended an average of 3.9 events throughout the week.

More Than a Week

ICW is much more than just a date on a calendar. It reflects who we are as a profession. Across the world, ICF members hosted workshops, conversations, panels, demonstrations, and learning experiences that expanded awareness of coaching while creating genuine human connection.

Some events focused on leadership. Others explored well-being, growth, resilience, or team performance. Many opened the door to coaching for entirely new audiences and communities. These moments strengthened understanding, trust, and credibility around coaching worldwide. And that work directly supports ICF’s strategic focus area of “Sustainable Growth and Impact.”

Coaching Excellence in Action

ICW also reflects the extraordinary commitment of ICF coaches to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and meaningful impact.

Throughout the week, members shared knowledge, created learning opportunities, and demonstrated the value of coaching through real conversations and real transformation.

In doing so, they helped advance another key strategic priority: “Coaching Excellence and Value.” Because coaching excellence doesn’t live only in theory. It also lives in practice. In community. And in the moments that inspire people to think differently about what’s possible.
