International Coaching Federation Announces 2025 Global Boards of Directors

Lexington, Kentucky, USA
— The International Coaching Federation (ICF) finalized its 2025 leadership team, unveiling new directors for both the Global Enterprise Board of Directors and ICF’s six family organizations. As ICF marks its 30th year of championing coaching excellence, these leaders will guide the organization through a milestone year while shaping how coaching continues to evolve as a catalyst for social change.

The incoming board represents 22 countries, reflecting diverse perspectives and deep expertise across the coaching ecosystem, from professional development to organizational impact.

“Our 2025 directors and trustees embody ICF’s commitment to shaping the future of coaching,” said ICF CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook. “As we celebrate three decades of advancing the coaching profession and continue to champion coaching’s role in transforming societies, these leaders will help drive innovation while upholding the high standards that define our profession. Their collective wisdom and international perspectives will be instrumental in empowering coaches, organizations, and communities to create lasting positive change.”

The ICF Global Enterprise Board provides strategic direction and coordinates across the complete ICF ecosystem. Each family organization maintains its own dedicated board, with one director acting as a representative for the Global Enterprise Board (noted below with an asterisk *).
