International Coach Federation Announces 2019 Global Board Election Results
Jean-Francois Cousin, MCC, elected as 2019 ICF Global Board Chair.
Lexington, Kentucky, USA—The results of the 2019 ICF Board of Directors election have been finalized. Jean-Francois Cousin, MCC (Thailand), has been elected to a one-year term as 2019 ICF Global Board Chair. He was also selected to serve a second two-year term as an ICF Global Board Director.
“I am very much looking forward to serving our community and its stakeholders as the Chair of the ICF Global Board in 2019. I also look forward to partnering with my Board colleagues, our staff and volunteer leaders to further advance the coaching profession and open new frontiers for its contributions,” Cousin said.
Cousin joined the ICF Global Board in 2017 as a Director. He has served on the Finance Committee and was the ICF Global Board Secretary/Treasurer in 2018.
Valerie Robert, ACC (Switzerland), and Sara Smith, MCC (USA), were also selected by the ICF Nominating Committee to serve their second two-year terms as Directors.
Emily Kamunde-Osoro, ACC (Kenya); Linda McLoughlin, PCC (Ireland/United Arab Emirates); and Catherine Tanneau, MCC (France), were all newly elected to the ICF Global Board of Directors for two-year terms.
The 2019 ICF Global Board of Directors will be comprised of:

• José Augusto Figueiredo, ACC (Brazil)
• Rajat Garg, MCC (India)
• Emily Kamunde-Osoro, ACC (Kenya)
• Linda McLoughlin, PCC (Ireland/United Arab Emirates)
• Valerie Robert, ACC (Switzerland)
• Tracy Sinclair, PCC (United Kingdom), Immediate Past Chair and Director
• Sara Smith, MCC (USA)
The 2019 ICF Global Board Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer will be elected by the Board of Directors in January 2019.
