Lexington, Kentucky, USA — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2026 ICF Coaching Impact Awards. Selected through a rigorous global evaluation process, these individuals and organizations have advanced to the finalist round of this year’s awards program.

The ICF Coaching Impact Awards celebrate those who are helping shape the future of coaching through leadership, innovation, learning, and service. Across sectors, cultures, and communities, this year’s finalists reflect the many ways coaching creates meaningful change by empowering individuals, strengthening organizations, and contributing to a more thriving society.
