ICF is looking for several Regional Team members worldwide. These roles will identify strategies that develop the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the region through membership recruitment and engagement, as well as ICF Chapter Leader stakeholder partnerships. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a virtual team across different cultures and languages, as well as demonstrating an open, inclusive, and global mindset. They demonstrate entrepreneurial business skills for growth and possess political acumen and diplomacy when prioritizing competing demands and implementing strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in association management, or membership organizations and/or nonprofit organizations. These are remote positions.
