The ICF Global Diversity Council is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse coaching profession, creating a culture that values all backgrounds, making coaching more accessible and impactful. The council advises ICF leadership on policies, practices, and community initiatives that reflect the diversity of the global coaching community. Its efforts promote understanding, respect, and equitable standards, advancing inclusivity across the coaching profession worldwide.
