Unlocking Potential Together
Imagine the possibilities when we come together. This concept has guided the way we operate since our founding more than 30 years ago. By teaming up with organizations that share our values and goals, we create powerful collaborations that amplify our reach, deepen our impact, and further our vision of a world where coaching is integral to transforming societies.
Featured Alliance: Global Coaching and Mentoring Alliance
Founded in 2012, the Global Coaching and Mentoring Alliance (GCMA) was created as a way to work alongside other global coaching and mentoring bodies. This allows us to collaboratively act as the collective voice of professional bodies that clarifies, educates and strengthens awareness about our common ground for effective practice. Our work focuses attention on the wider impact of coaching and mentoring on society, and creates dialogue with industry stakeholders about shared good practice.
Featured Alliance: Association for Change Management Professionals
ICF has been partnering with The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) since 2020. Since then, this joint task force has been exploring how professional coaching can be leveraged to facilitate large-scale organizational change, how change management professionals can use coaching approaches, and how coaching can respond to trends in change management.
