We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to excellence in coach education and training.
To be eligible to serve on the board, please review the following requirements:
The ICF Coaching Education Board of Directors is a governance board. We expect board members to have the capacity to think and act as oversight with an orientation to the future of coaching education. It is important that all members collaborate well and engage in productive dialog. All members will be expected to commit to 3-5 hours of one-off and scheduled board meetings/working sessions per month.
ICF Coaching Education board members are required to attend at minimum two one (1) and up to two (2) annual board meetings in person: time of year and location to be determined annually by the board. ICF CE shall offer each board member compensation to cover travel-related expenses to attend the annual in-person board meetings. ICF CE will also fully cover expenses related to any necessary board retreat. Such retreats, for instance a strategic planning retreat that occurs every three years, are in addition to the annual in-person board meetings.
We, at ICF Coaching Education, celebrate and honor diversity. We commit to inspiring and holding accountable coach training institutions to provide safe learning spaces that are inclusive and fair for all faculty, staff and coach-students to thrive. We do so in alignment with the overarching one ICF commitment to place diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice at the forefront of everything we do.
