Global society has been impacted by significant change in the past year. While the pandemic may be getting under control, this does not mean further changes will be avoided. We are experiencing an unprecedented period of upheaval. And many people have no idea how to process it all. This is especially the case for organizational and business leaders who may never have had the need or reason to alter their approach to management, motivation or morale building. This session will delve into the evolution of leadership and ways a “Coach Approach” is becoming increasingly central to effective team engagement. The session will offer data, trends and transformative case studies.

The workplace is evolving and so are best practices for leadership. In this interactive workshop, an expert in leadership and coaching will explore why and how the crucial skills necessary for effective leadership are changing and walk attendees through exercises to cultivate the coaching skills needed to inspire and engage team members across complicated, dynamic work environments. The workshop will address the soft skills necessary to motivate and empower employees as they make a permanent shift to remote or hybrid work and adapt to new technologies, as well as the “trickle down” positive impacts of a coaching culture when implemented into the workplace.
