Maintaining your ICF Level 3 accreditation involves completing the Final Renewal Survey, a required quality assurance step to demonstrate your program’s continued alignment with ICF’s rigorous standards for advanced coach education at the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.  

As part of the renewal process, you must provide the following: 

  • A current course outline or syllabus. 
  • A confirmation of the total number of accredited education hours. 
  • An up-to-date faculty list. 
  • A participant list from your most recent program (in compliance with GDPR). 
  • A recorded coaching session, transcript, and written feedback that align with the ICF Core Competencies and meet the ACC performance level. 
  • An agreement to statements regarding compliance, limitations, and ongoing program commitments. 

This survey helps safeguard the integrity and excellence of advanced coach education and supports your program’s continued recognition as an ICF Level 3 accredited provider.
