What happens when someone starts believing in themselves again?

For people rebuilding after incarceration, homelessness, addiction, or instability, the journey forward rarely begins with employment. It begins with something quieter: a shift in perspective. A moment where possibility feels real again.

That’s where Mission Possible begins.

Recognized as the 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Award for Distinguished Coaching Catalyst, Mission Possible is redefining what workforce development can look like when coaching is at the center. Through transitional employment, one-on-one coaching, and community support, the organization helps individuals move beyond barriers and toward lasting stability.

The results are measurable. Mission Possible saw a 93% increase in employment transitions from 2021–2025 and 86% employment sustainment among coaching participants. But the real transformation goes deeper. Participants strengthen confidence, accountability, decision-making, and the belief that change is possible.

Dave’s story captures that transformation powerfully. After a 24-year meth addiction, Dave arrived at Mission Possible uncertain about his future and resistant to coaching. He didn’t want to be “fixed.” What he found instead was someone willing to walk beside him. Today, he is a permanent coach at Mission Possible, helping others rediscover dignity, purpose, and possibility for themselves.

Mission Possible reminds us that coaching is more than support. It’s a catalyst for human potential, community impact, and sustainable change.
