Yene Assegid, MCC is a seasoned transformational leadership coach and systems thinking practitioner, having supported civil society organizations, United Nations Agencies, European Union Institutions, and multinationals since the mid-1990s. Her expertise lies in transformational leadership development training programs, blended with leadership coaching for executives and management teams. Her approach is deeply rooted in Integral Theory, Systems Thinking, and Emotional Intelligence. Yene brings extensive international experience from her work around the world. She received a PhD in Transformation, Leader, and Change from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
