Tracy Winter, PCC, PhD, is a professional coach, coach mentor, and coach trainer who specializes in supporting twice‑exceptional individuals and other neurodivergent people. Tracy is also the co‑founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy.
Tracy earned a PhD in Human Development and an MA in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and is dedicated to helping clients deepen self‑understanding, build confidence, and navigate environments that may not always recognize or support neurodiversity.
