Tim Creasey

Tim Creasey, CIO at Prosci, is an internationally recognized authority on change management with over two decades of experience. He specializes in the intersection of individual and organizational change, shaping research-based methodologies that drive adoption and outcomes globally. Tim guides leaders across diverse industries to integrate effective change strategies in complex, evolving environments.

He enables change teams to catalyze adoption and achieve results, focusing on the often-overlooked “soft” side of change. Tim conducts best practices research and develops easy-to-use, holistic models and tools for managing the people side of change. His recent efforts include leading Prosci’s change management research and development, creating the CMROI model and calculator, and launching the Prosci Portal for change practitioners. Tim has served as editor and lead analyst for multiple benchmarking studies and has designed and facilitated over 300 webinars. He is the author of Change Management: The People Side of Change and has been instrumental in advancing Enterprise Change Management since 2005.
