Svetlana Dimovski, PCC, PhD, NBC-HWC, is an executive and team coach, strategic adviser, and founder of Dharma Growth LLC, an Arlington, Virginia–based business consulting and leadership coaching firm. She brings 25 years of experience spanning R&D, strategy development, transformational change, and innovation leadership across Fortune 100 companies and international development nonprofit organizations, where she held senior leadership roles.
Svetlana holds a PhD in materials science and engineering from Drexel University and a postgraduate diploma in digital business from Emeritus, in partnership with Columbia University and MIT Sloan School of Management, USA. She is an ICF PPC credential and holds EIA and ITCA practitioner certifications through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, as well as board certification in health and wellness coaching through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. She is also a certified Primordial Sound Meditation teacher through the Chopra Center and a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation.
