Soon has served on multiple boards for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including as chairman of a publicly listed company valued at more than $1 billion USD. Fluent in English and Mandarin, he has held CEO and regional vice president roles in Fortune 500 and private companies. As an entrepreneur-in-residence at INSEAD and adjunct faculty at leading Asian universities, Soon focuses on innovation and leadership development. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed advanced research studies in coaching and AI at the University of Cambridge.
